Site Assessment
A Blue Bird Energy Services representative will conduct a site assessment of your school district.

Electrical Survey
During the Site Assessment, an electrical technician will determine your facility’s electrical capacity. We will need twelve (12) months of electricity bills to determine your peak usage over the year.

Installation Survey
During the Site Assessment, our technician will seek out a combination of best locations for charging equipment and the most economical installation.
Proposal Delivered
About three (3) weeks after the site walk is complete, you’ll receive a proposal that covers all expenses for the installation. At the same time, we may offer you a Final Bolt Down option if you indicated a preference to use your own construction crew.
Documents Signed
Sign and return the proposal to our representative.
Optional Final Bolt Down Requirements Supplied
If you have opted for the Final Bolt Down proposal, photos of the completed site work will be required prior to the shipment of equipment.
Installation Scheduled
We will schedule the installation of the charging equipment with your team. If your equipment arrives ahead of the technician, PLEASE DO NOT open the box(es).
